365 project: Day 031

The first picture for today is Ashlin petting Bella. The second is Bella in her favorite hiding spot. She hides in the couch cushions when she hears someone coming in the front door and I think she sleeps here at night, too. The third is Kelsie trying out one of her new pairs of pants and striking a pose. The fourth is Ashlin sitting at the little table.

365 project: Day 030

The first picture is Ashlin peeking through the baby gate that we have set up to keep the girls away from Bella's things. Ashlin hates when I go in there and don't let her in. In the second picture, Bella discovered the little space in between the wall and the fridge.

This is the newest addition to our family: 6 week old, Bella. She is such a little sweetie and it's a good thing, too, cause Kelsie absolutely adores her which means Bella gets picked up and carried around a lot.

365 project: Day 028

Today we bought most of Kelsie's fall and winter wardrobe. The pictures I have posted are of Ashlin being silly cause Kelsie wasn't cooperating when I was trying to get her to model her new clothes. The first one is Ashlin mid-step. The second is Ashlin throwing her legs up in the air. She's so silly!

365 project: Day 027

Today was Kelsie's and Ashlin's 1st time eating "uncrustables" peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Kelsie liked it and Ashlin did, too, even though Ashlin wore most of hers.

365 project: Day 026

I needed a picture today, so I thought I'd take a picture of Kelsie's duckie backpack. She loves her "pack pack" and I want to remember this, but the picture wasn't good. The girls were interested in what I was doing, though, so I just started taking pictures. Ashlin picked up the duckie backpack and started to hug it. It was so cute and I was lucky enough to get the picture since she only did it once.

Ashlin loves to chew on my belt and I just don't have the heart to take it away from her. She even crawls around with it!

Ashlin had some serious bedhead today that I couldn't wait to get a picture of. I got some cute pictures while I was trying to capture her bedhead.

365 project: Day 023

I got Kelsie's old fall and winter clothes out for Ashlin last night and I decided to put her in one of them today since it feels pretty good outside today (she didn't wear the jacket...that was just for the picture). I was able to get a picture of Ashlin walking. She's been doing a lot of walking lately. She's getting pretty good at it.

365 project: Day 022

We had a visit with Marc, Lisa, and Bryson today. I can't believe how big that kid is! And, he's 4 already! Where does the time go? We just went out to lunch, but Kelsie had fun. On a side note, Ashlin took about 10 (maybe more) steps today!!! She's been trying to walk since then. I don't think it'll be long now til she walks all the time. She's starting to get confident. I'm going to include some bonus pictures from July 2008. I've been waiting since then to get a copy of these so I'm really excited. The first 2 pictures are the only pictures from today. The 2nd picture isn't very good, but I thought it was cute because the kids love their backpacks. Kelsie's into backpacks big time right now. She calls it her pack-pack...lol.

We went into town today and I decided last minute to grab my camera since I hadn't taken any pictures yet. I'm glad I did cause I got some good ones. I love her eyes in this first one!

365 project: Day 020

I gave Kelsie a pen and paper to draw today, but I wasn't paying attention to her like I should have been. Sometimes she gets sneaky and tries to color or draw on things that she shouldn't. That happened today. Can you guess what she drew on?

365 project: Day 019

I have 2 pairs of black high heels and the last few days Kelsie's been wearing one of each. She just walks around wearing "her" shoes and sometimes she carries a purse. I should get her some dress up clothes and see if she'll wear them with her shoes. When I told Kelsie to smile, she put her hands on her hips and smiled at me. I don't know where she learned it, but it's so cute.

365 project: Day 018

Today we went to Mamaw's house to visit and see the bunnies. Before we left, Ashlin was in her high chair and I got this picture of her watching tv and playing with her ear. The second picture is the girls holding Ruby, one of the bunnies (the other bunny's name is Max...get it? Max and Ruby, like the cartoon...too cute!)

365 project: Day 017

First of all, just so when I look back at this I can remember and be excited all over again, as of yesterday Kelsie is officially potty trained and today Ashlin said ball for the first time. It sounds like "bah", but that's ok. It's her 1st word other than mama and dada. Ok, down to picture business. I have quite a few pictures to put up today cause I just can't decide on one or two. The girls had a bath after lunch cause we gave Ashlin a lolipop and she had it EVERYWHERE!

365 project: Day 016

Today I just decided I would start taking pictures and see what came out. My 2 favorite pictures are these. The 2nd one is a bit blurry from Ashlin bouncing up and down, but I love her smile!

365 project: Day 015

I haven't posted for a few days, but I did take pictures. So the 15th, I took a picture of Ashlin climbing on my legs and the 2nd picture is of her sitting on her sister's bike. It's Ashlin's 1st time on Kelsie's bike and she thought it was fun.

365 project: Day 014

I took some pictures of the girls this morning. Daniel wanted me to take a picture of Kelsie's hair because she slept in her pig tails last night and it looked funny this morning. I got a couple of Ashlin, too, and I was lucky enough to get my first picture of Ashlin standing her own. She's been able to do that for about a month now, but I've never been able to get a picture of it. The quality is horrible, but at least I captured the moment.

365 project: Day 013

I had to go to the grocery store today and it's been a few days since the girls and I've been out of the house, so I thought I would put the girls in cute outfits and put their hair in pig tails. When I was done, I decided then was a good a time as any to take a picture for my blog. I wanted to get a good picture of them together since that's near impossible. I think I got a good one even though Ashlin wouldn't let go of my brush to save my life! Kelsie's in the middle of saying cheese and it kind of looks like Ashlin is, too, but she's not.
