365 project: Day 007

Today's picture is of Kelsie's jewelry box. It's special to me because it was my first jewelry box when I was a little girl and kept it so that one day I could give it to my first daughter. I put an antique edit on it; I thought it was fitting since it's old.

365 project: Day 006

Ok, so I started my blog a day late and it's been bugging me. I feel so behind, so I decided that I would play catch-up instead of going on my own schedule. I'm going to post a pic I took a couple weeks ago since I love it. Now I'm caught up. :o)

365 project: Day 005

This morning I let Kelsie go out onto the patio to color with some chalk before it started getting too hot. She couldn't stay out too long because the mosquitoes were really bad and she's already eaten up pretty bad from the other day at Mamaw's house. While she was coloring, I was getting Ashlin's diaper changed and getting her dressed. I decided that it would be a good time to get some pictures and I'm really happy with the pics I got of her this morning.

365 project: Day 004

Today is the first day Ive been able to put Ashlins hair up in piggy tails. Its so cute! Ashlin turned 10 months on July 24th. Im having a really hard time just posting 1 picture, so the second picture is a better shot of those adorable piggy tails and last picture is Kelsie playing on the computer. I love the look on her face...she wasn't happy about me bothering her...lol.

365 project: Day 003

I took these pictures yesterday (August 4th, my day 3 since I started late), but Im posting it tonight since it was too late yesterday.


Today we spent a long day at Mamaws house, which Kelsie absolutely loves. Mamaw and Papaw got a new toy the other day: a dune buggy!!! The first picture is Kelsies first ride in it. She didnt really know what to think of it the first time around, but by her second ride in it, she was hooked. The last picture, just for fun, is a stone in my mother-in-laws garden (there were three more, but my camera died). I tried a new edit on the stone, so I thought Id post it.

365 project: Day 002

I took Kelsie and Ashlin outside today for a little bit. We didn't stay out long because it was so hot, but I got a couple of cute pictures of the girls while we were out. Unfortunately, my editing program is being a pain in the butt today so I can only post the pic (or pics...haven't decided yet) of Kelsie that I got edited before it quit. My girls won't hold still for 2 seconds, so I don't have any pictures of either of them looking at the camera and smiling, just one or the other...lol. The first picture is Kelsie in the middle of saying "cheese".

365 project: Day 001

Well, I'm starting a day late and I can't promise I'll post a picture everyday, but I'll do my best. Today's picture is of my oldest daughter, Kelsie. She was playing with her daddy and he starts laughing and tells me to look. I do and she was standing there looking at him with one hand on her hip and her hip cocked to the side and a funny expression on her face. I couldn't help but laugh. She's so funny (she got that hand on the hip and hip to the side thing from me, btw). Of course I couldn't get a picture when she was doing it, so I tried to get her to recreate it. The bottom picture is similar to the face she was making.
